This Privacy Policy explains how Company collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information provided by the Client. This policy complies with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) privacy standards, the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), and applicable Texas laws.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED Company may collect the following information: • Name, address, phone number, email. • Date of birth, full Social Security number (SSN) as required for credit report access and dispute processing. • Credit reports and financial information voluntarily provided. • Communication records. Company does not store full Social Security numbers or sensitive documents without encryption.

2. HOW INFORMATION IS USED Information is used to: • Verify identity. • Perform credit report analysis. • Prepare and submit dispute correspondence. • Provide credit education services. • Communicate with Client. • Share information internally with Company’s affiliated real estate business to offer real estate–related services, opportunities, or homeownership education. Company will never sell or trade Client information to unaffiliated third parties for marketing or sales purposes.

3. DATA PROTECTION Company maintains: • Encrypted digital storage. • Password‑protected devices. • Confidential recordkeeping. • Secure disposal of outdated documents.

4. INFORMATION SHARING Company may share Client information only with: • Credit bureaus (as part of disputes) • Creditors (only if required by dispute) • Regulatory authorities (only if legally required) Client information will not be shared for marketing or sales purposes.

5. CLIENT RIGHTS Client has the right to: • Request copies of personal information. • Ask for corrections to inaccurate information. • Request deletion of stored documents once services end.

6. DATA RETENTION Company retains records for up to 12 months after services end, unless law requires longer retention.

7. CONSENT By signing the Credit Repair Services Agreement, Client acknowledges and accepts this Privacy Policy
